The Counseling Associates of New Iberia are a fee-for-service private pay office.  While we do not file any insurance claims with your policy, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary forms to file with your insurance company should you choose to do so.

Neither Steven Hargrave or Phyllis Babineaux is an in-network provider for any insurance company.  It is advised that you call your insurance company and ask if you have "out of network mental health benefits."

In this manner, any reimbursement for services will be paid directly to you.

All payments are due, in full, at the time that services are rendered.
